A 6 week programme using the fundamentals of gymnastics to build your strength, conditioning, fitness and mobility.
Each session consists of a pulse raiser warm up before moving into the main workout, followed by a daily challenge and cool down to finish.
A week consists of 4 main workouts (lower body, upper body, mid body & full body) with an additional body preparation day at the end of the week.
In the main workouts, every exercise has a regression and a progression, allowing you to adapt the workouts to suit your level.
